Trying to become a good pitcher was extremely difficult but practicing hard pays off. Learning to be a pitcher was hard enough but learning to be a good one was a whole different story. I felt like I wanted to quit so many times. I thought that I would never become a good pitcher. But Powerful words from a very special person can go a long way. And in the end, I stopped thinking I was a failure and started to put my heart and soul into it.
